Giggle Me Pink would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
If an item is faulty in any way, arrives broken or damaged, or has faulty workmanship then we will gladly exchange or refund this item in accordance with the following process:

  • That the Product was purchased within 1 months of faulty date.
  • You must notify Giggle Me Pink by email: angela@gigglemepink.com.au to obtain a “Return ID number”, or please call Giggle Me Pink directly 0418477187
  • You must provide a “proof of purchase”, being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Giggle Me pink or delivery note.
  • You must return the Product to Giggle Me Pink.
  • On International returns you must mark on the courier company’s consignment so that the Products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.
  • Giggle Me pink will then refund the Price to you in full, replace the Product or exchange for a different Product.
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Giggle Me Pink, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the Product for your account to be credited.
  • Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. Giggle Me Pink can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same style, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when requesting Your Return ID number.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or credited.
Faulty Items and Damages
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact gigglemepink@bigpond.com or on 0418477187 and we will organise a replacement be sent to you.
Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same terms and conditions as returns and exchanges.
